Dekodoor double leaf fire doors are durable and professional door systems that maximize fire safety while providing a wide passage area. They are specially designed to offer safe evacuation and ease of use in shopping malls, hospitals, hotels, factories, public buildings, school projects, and all areas with high human traffic.
Thanks to their double leaf structure, these doors provide fast and safe evacuation during emergencies and are an ideal solution for areas requiring wide openings. Their durable galvanized steel body, high heat-resistant internal filling system, and certified components ensure long-lasting use while delaying the spread of flames and smoke during a fire, contributing to safe evacuation.
Inside the door filling structure, there is non-combustible rock wool insulation material placed between two gypsum boards. The omega reinforcement steel sheets used inside the door structure increase the strength of the door and provide extra durability especially in panic bar mounting areas. Thanks to the gypsum board supported structure, impact resistance is improved while fire resistance duration is also supported.
The doors are EI120 certified. These systems provide up to 120 minutes of fire resistance and offer professional fire safety solutions compliant with regulations. Optional fire-resistant vision glass or porthole glass applications can be applied, and different glass dimensions can be specially manufactured according to the project.
The doors are painted with an electrostatic powder oven coating system, providing a surface resistant to oils, chemicals, and external effects. All doors can be manufactured in desired RAL colors. Upon request, different color applications can be made on the frame and leaf, while separate color options can also be applied to the front and rear surfaces of the leaf.
Thanks to the adjustable frame system, double leaf fire doors can be produced as half-frame or full-frame models and can also be manufactured in custom dimensions according to the project. Spring and ball bearing hinge systems are used on the doors. In spring hinge models, an economical and practical solution is achieved without the need for a door closer.
Concealed type or surface mounted panic bar systems can be used on fire doors. An optional rear handle application can be added, and thanks to the anti-panic lock system, even if the handle side is locked, the panic bar side continues to operate actively. In double leaf models, a concealed flush bolt system can be preferred on the inactive leaf or panic bar systems can be applied on both leaves.
Special dust seals used in the frames increase durability, while optional air and sound insulation seals provide extra comfort.
